Minimum Order - Your order must exceed $300.
We will not process orders less than $300
We sell in solid case packs - Although we
sell by the item, your order must be placed in multiples of FULL CASE PACK lots. We
provide a CASE PACK quantity with each product description for your ordering assistance.
For example, if an item is packed 12 to a case you must order either 12, 24 or 36 items.
When you are ordering please do NOT enter the quantity of CASES in the shopping
basket. Only enter the number of ITEMS you are ordering.
Product Classification - We have
organized our wholesale toy products into suggested age groupings of 0-2, 3-5, 6-9, 10+.
We also have a special category for  The Salvation Army. Some products are
available in more than one age group. Within age groupings, we then sort by price point to
help with your selection process.
Suggested Gender - We indicate a
suggested gender for our toys with one of three letters M -
Male, F - Female, U - Unisex on each product page.
Store Checkout and Ordering - We
provide two methods of ordering from NAMCOTOY.COM with a Credit Card
or on account using your NAMCO Customer Number.
Credit Card Orders
If your are not a current NAMCO customer you can order with a
VISA, Master Card or Discover credit card,
and your card will be debited one week prior to shipping your items. If we have a problem
debiting your card prior to shipping, we will contact you for an alternative payment
method.
 
Our order process is very secure utilizing industry standard browser based SSL
security. Your credit card information will not be compromised by ordering our products on
the Internet.
If you would like to become a NAMCO customer so that you can order "on
account", please complete our Credit Application. One of
our staff will contact you to complete your application and enter you in our system.
 NAMCO Customer Orders
Our established customers can order using their "NAMCO Customer Number"
found on your most recent invoice along with their Email address for verification.

Delivery Schedule - When you "CHECK
OUT" of the store, to make your purchase, we provide drop down menus to allow
you to specify the delivery date that you would like to receive your items, at your
"SHIP TO" address. You must select a month and week for your delivery, as shown
in the example below.
Please make sure that you make these selections correctly so that you get your toys
when required.
Shipping Charges - Your order will be
shipped via the least cost carrier, on the month and week that you specify. Typically if
your order is less than 13 cartons we will ship via UPS ground. If your order exceeds 13
cartons we normally ship via truck. Our shopping cart automatically calculates your
shipping charges based on the following table.
